    75–90 minutes | $175
    We get to know each other, talk about what brought you here, and build a plan that feels realistic—not overwhelming. 

  • Ongoing Sessions:

    50 minutes | $125
    Weekly or biweekly sessions focused on helping you feel more grounded, supported, and in control of your own healing.

I’m Cierra Grice, LCSW | Therapist & Founder

You’re not here by accident. Something in you is ready for change. I create a space where you can safely unpack what you’re carrying while learning practical tools to manage, cope, and grow. I know therapy hasn’t always been a safe or affirming experience which is why I show up with care, consistency, and compassion every time.

My Approach:

  • I show up with compassion and authenticity, creating a safe space where you feel understood and never judged.

  • I believe you already have the strength within you. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools and guidance as you take steps toward the life you want.

  • I bring both professionalism and realness into the room. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up because I meet them where they are with honesty and care.
